THE PRICE CONSULTATION TOOL IS AN ON-SITE DIGITAL SERVICE USED AT TWINNER FOR ESTIMATING THE PRICE OF THE CAR BASED ON THE MARKET DATA AND CAR CONDITION

To create a foundation for all-in-one source of information about the car including the condition, equipment and mileage

Provide the price comparison of the car of the same mark and model based on the market data in order to have easier car evaluation

Provide the pricing strategy for the car listing or the list of options for the instant car sale through digital dealers
Project Overview
With a growing amount of customers the necessity for providing the visual support connected to the car data as well as the market evaluation of the car was a main priority to take in order to have a smooth selling process.

Twinner GmbH is a car-selling company which implements innovative methods of used vehicles trade by facilitating the inspection with making the 3D scan and AI check of the car at Twinner Station together with a physical check, providing a complete price consultation based on the instant marketing analysis and a total stress-free selling process for the customers. The price consultation tool was designed in order to provide the smooth premium experience for the customers as well as a great overview on the state and market price of the car.

TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE FUNCTIONALITY SCOPE OUR TEAM HELD A FEW USER INTERVIEWS AS WELL AS USABILITY TESTINGS FOR THE DIFFERENT DESIGN ITERATIONS WITH THE FEATURE SCOPES IN MIND. THE DATA RECEIVED WAS ALSO PROVIDING A MATCH WITH THE DEFINED NEEDS OF OUR USER BASE (USER PERSONAS)
In order to come up with right solutions for not only the station, but the customers we got back to the User Personas built by prior to see how our customer base would react to the changes we have on our operations side and got a positive conclusion that our regular customers would greatly benefit from the newly introduced digital tool
